Each pair of Bocka Bockas is beautifully packaged in an elegant gift box, which we send in a discrete delivery box.

HOWEVER, if you order 3 or more pairs they will be wrapped in tissue paper and sent in the delivery box without the individual gift boxes.

No. As a pair of Bocka Bockas makes a perfect gift for someone special, we never put the receipt in the box. Instead, we email it to you.

We work extremely hard to make sure that each pair of Bocka Bockas reaches you in perfect condition.

Nonetheless, this is a hand-finished product and we're only human, so there might be the occasional issue.

If so, just let us know and we'll send you a replacement or refund you.

Not if you're returning an item from a UK address - once you've notified us via the Returns Portal that you'd like to return an item, we'll send you a CollectPlus label free of charge!

Unfortunately we don't offer free returns from outside the UK, so you will be responsible for the costs of the return postage in such cases.

The Supernova Collection features Peter's stunning photographic artwork printed on the fabric, paired with a black jacquard waistband.

The Midnight Collection features the same artwork but printed on the waistband itself, which is then paired with black fabric.

The Midnight Collection uses a cotton-modal blend (40% cotton/40% modal/10% elastane). Modal is a natural fabric made from beechwood fibres, and blending it with cotton results in a breathable fabric which feels silky-soft on the skin yet is hard-wearing and colourfast, even after frequent washing.

The Supernova Collectionuses a super-soft polyester blend (90% polyester/10% elastane) because printing on polyester produces more vivid colours than printing on cotton or modal.

We cut our underwear to be fitted on the waist and around your thighs - these are not baggy boxers!

Our sizes are based on your waist size, in inches. If you're in any doubt about the right size, we recommend taking the larger size as it's generally better to have a little extra room.

Keeping the washing temperature at 30°C/86°F is best for both your boxers and the planet.

Turn your Bocka Bockas inside out before washing and try to keep them away from the tumble dryer.

We use post-production colour correction to ensure consistency across our photography but we don't use any computer trickery to alter the shape or body composition of our models, remove blemishes, whiten teeth etc.

Yes, which means they don't contain any chemicals or colourants which are harmful to human health or the environment.

In a light, clean and airy factory in northern Portugal owned by Ana & Paulo, a wonderful couple who share our refusal to compromise on quality and our belief that decent working conditions result in a better product.

Not long at all. Our fabrics and waistbands are woven, printed and cut in mills and factories that are all within 10km of Ana & Paolo's factory. This localised sourcing helps minimise our carbon footprint.

Once it's ready, our underwear travels by lorry from north Portugal to the UK.

We don't use any plastic in our packaging. None. Nada. Only paper & cardboard, which are both recyclable.

In addition, our custom delivery boxes fit our gift boxes like a glove, which reduces the amount of cardboard we use and also means more packages fit in each delivery van, minimising CO2 emissions.
