To ensure that you receive your original, colourful designer men's underwear as quickly as possible, we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 21:00 GMT by the next business day.
For example, if you decide to cheer yourself up on a grey and gloomy Monday by ordering a pair of our Onde trunks, they will be dispatched from our warehouse by Tuesday.
UK standard delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) is £2.99 and takes 2-3 business days. If you're desperate to get your hands on your Bocka Bockas (and who can blame you!), you can upgrade to 1st Class delivery (1-2 business days) for an extra £1. We don't currently offer next-day delivery.
We offer free UK standard delivery on all orders over £30 (thats just two pairs of colourful, original underwear!)
Delivery to the EU (3-5 business days) and the US (5-7 business days) is £9.99. We offer free delivery to the EU and US on all orders over £80.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Our delivery boxes fit through a standard letterbox and so no signature is required for most orders. However, if you're ordering 4 or more pairs of Bocka Bockas and/or your delivery address is outside the UK then a signature will be required.
Each pair of Bocka Bockas is beautifully packaged in an elegant gift box, which we send in a discrete delivery box. As a pair of Bocka Bockas makes a perfect gift for someone special, the parcel doesn't contain the receipt, which we email to you instead.
Please note that in order to reduce our environmental impact, if you order three or more pairs of Bocka Bockas they will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper and sent in the delivery box without the individual gift boxes.
We currently only deliver in the UK, the 27 member states of the EU, and the US. We're planning to introduce worldwide delivery very soon.

We love the underwear that we make and we're sure that you will too! We understand, though, that sometimes you might have second thoughts and that's why we will exchange or refund an item if you're not 100% satisfied.
Simply follow the instructions on our Returns Portal. Once your return request is approved, you'll get a confirmation email with a CollectPlus label. Print the CollectPlus label, attach it to your parcel, and take it to your nearest CollectPlus store. Don't forget to keep the receipt and track your return online.

Please note, postage charges for returning goods back to us from outside the UK are your responsibility. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Please ensure that the parcel and any paperwork attached to it are clearly marked as ‘returned goods’. This will avoid your parcel being held by local customs and possibly incurring duties; we do not pay these duties, which may therefore result in the parcel being returned to you.

If you've requested an exchange, provided that the underwear has been returned to us in accordance with the conditions on this website we will send you the replacement underwear within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned underwear.
If your delivery address is in the UK, you won't pay any postage for the replacement underwear (unfortunately we are unable to offer free delivery on exchanges sent outside the UK).
If you've requested a refund, provided that the underwear has been returned to us in accordance with the conditions on this website we will refund the purchase price within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned underwear.
Please note that we do not refund the original cost of delivery unless you're a customer in the EU and you cancelled your order under the Directive on Consumer Rights (2011/83/EU), in which case you will also have the cost of standard delivery refunded.
We can only process a refund onto the original payment method. If you decide to request a refund in respect of a gift, we can't prevent the original purchaser knowing.
We work extremely hard to make sure that each pair of Bocka Bockas reaches you in perfect condition. Nonetheless, this is a hand-finished product and we're only human, so there might be the occasional issue. If so, simply contact us at email@example.com and we'll sort it out quicker than you can say "How good do I look in my new pair of Bocka Bockas?!"
